We would like to draw the students' attention at the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology that those students who have medical excuses according to the University's regulations should report to Dr. Hosni Mohammad Hammad and fill the Student's Excuse Form attaching medical report issued by  Health Center, Ministry of Health and approved by  the Medical Administration at the main campus in Jeddah.
