Department Chairman

Welcome to the Department of Computer and Information Technology

The Department of Computer and Information Technology (DCIT) at Faculty of Science and Arts – Khulais, at KAU – North Jeddah Branch was established in September 2009. DCIT is recognized for its excellence in education. The department provides two undergraduate programs leading to Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (IT) , and Bachelor of Science in Management Information System (MIS). DCIT programs are  considered a bridge between IT & MIS specializations and organizational and administrative fields whereby a student gains knowledge and acquires skills necessary to analyzing, designing, developing, and operating information systems and then utilizing them in any type of public or private organizations.
